So there are nice hotels and there is the El Coral, and for Bob, the night shift manager, he has seen everything in his long tenure at the El Coral. This evening is no different when he has to pay a visit to room 223 to inform a guest that her credit card did not go through and she owes the hotel room fees for the past 2 nights!
