The Rules of Ridel strictly forbid the use of tobacco and Ms. Mocker has just punished Destiny for having a pack of smokes. Principle Outlaw Walks in on Ms Mocker giving Destiny a bare bottom spanking, giving his approval, much to Destiny's dismay.
