I've been shooting all day and my boobs have been getting so full and engorged. I have to take a break and use my pump. I can do both breasts at the same time. Immediately the strong suction causes my milk to start shooting out of my nipples into the bottles. It's such a relief. Even after I pump I still have to hand express to get the rest of the milk out. Afterwards my boobs are much softer and squishier. They feel great!
