Paige has been captured by "The Bad Guys" because they want the "Secret Formula". In an effort to gain that knowledge she is being interrogated while subjected to foot tickle . First her soles are tickled with a feather but she refuses to break through all her laughing and giggling. Then "The Bad Guy" switches to tickling with his fingers. Paige pleads with him to stop but she still refuses to give up the formula. Finally he concludes that more drastic measures must be taken.
