Paige already has to pee really badly when she gets home. Unfortunately she has lost her house keys. Everyone she knows is at works and it will be hours before anyone can get home. She lives too far out in the country to walk anywhere - even if she could walk. She has to pee so bad that she's crossing her legs, and squatting and can barely make it up the stairs.
