Dirty bare feet burned with cigarettes, nipples ripped up with chains hanging from them.
My nipples were in so much pain wearing heavy chains on them all day and my feet were so dirty full of filth from the streets and stores I have been in. The pain was so awesome i had to bust a load while putting my nipples through more pain.
