I get up really close to the camera and use a dental pick to clean my teeth. I wipe the plaque on my fingers, showing some of it to you. I continue to pick and scrape until my teeth are fairly clean. I then use the floss side of the pick to get deep in between all of my teeth, using my fingers to pull my cheek open so you can see the back of my mouth.
