I examine my mouth, throat, tongue, and epiglottis. I use a small lighted mirror to get to the back of my throat. It causes me to gag a bit, showing you how my throat opens and closes. As I contract my throat muscles, bubbles form as if I'm blowing bubbles with my throat. I make a few different sounds to really get my epiglottis moving. It always shows, so you get to see a lot of it at times.
