I have been constipated for a couple days. I finally get the urge to potty, so I sit down to continue reading a good book. It is such a struggle, and a lot of effort, but I finally start dropping some . I few grunts and gasps escape me, as it does cause me a bit of pain to it out. It has been backed up for awhile, and really smells.
