I clench my mouth wide to pick at my teeth with some dental tools while looking in a small mirror. I inspect the stains and plaque, and try to pick off what I can. I open my mouth to get a good look at my tongue, tonsils, and throat. I pick at my teeth some more before sticking out my tongue and scraping off the white stuff.
