Pepper Sterling from 2013

A robber has taken Pepper that sales lady hostage. Knowing she will most likely try to escape, he brings out a role of duct tape and tapes her up very tightly. Once he has her completely wrapped up, he stuffs her mouth and tapes that shut too. Now bound and gagged, pepper struggles are too get loose. But after hours of rolling around on the cold basement floor, all she has managed to do, is get her skirt to rise all the way up her hips so now she is giving the robber a nice view of her panties under her pantyhose.
