Jasmine and Mike had an agreement that whoever lost the bet had to do whatever the other one wanted. Mike said that if Jasmine lost she had to give him a foot rub whenever he wanted one. Jasmine never told Mike exactly what she wanted if he lost, but now that he's lost the bet she shows him what he has to do.
