If you had a roommate as hot as Courtney, you couldn't keep your hands off her as well, so even when Courtney is doing something as mundane as watering her plants, she again catches the attention of her adoring roommate. Being the good sport that she is, she gives herself wedgies as part of a show for him so he will leave her alone. She may complain about the wedgies but it's pretty clear Courtney enjoys them, and enjoys being the object of her roommate's attention. She finally just takes off all her clothes for him at the end!
