Okay, so I have this exercise trampoline that I used to use when I was in shape. As you can tell by watching the video.. I haven't used it in a long time. I get so visibly sweaty bouncing up and down, you can tell how out of shape I am. Watch as I take my belly out and see how much it jiggles as I bounce. It's safe to say this thing is going back into storage.
