At first Ava is unaware that you have disabled her car, she goes through the routine of trying to get it to start as you watch her. She's wearing cute closed toe flats and when the frustration sets in, she removes the shoe to try and start the van as she calls and realizes you disabled her car... just so you could watch! Well duh. :p
