When I first met Chloe, she was a friend of Jessica's and worked at Hooters ( The ORIGINAL one! ) and these hose were what she wore to work. They were thick with no foot for the bottoms to allow her feet to wear those thick socks the girls were famous for. Chloe removes her size six white sandals and offers a little foot show with her feet propped up on the dash then puts the hose on.
