Acting on a tip, Foot Patrol Inspector Archer Legend arrives to find the lovely Puerto Rican bombshell Mia Martinez baring her feet in public without a pedicure. Fighting the challenge of deteriorating eyesight, the dedicated public servant insists on performing a full foot inspection. Finding Mia’s size eights completely out of compliance with public pedicure protocol, Inspector Legend explains to the young lady that she has no choice but to accompany him to make an immediate appearance at the salon.
