Mena Carlisle answers a knock at her front door and finds a utility worker. He has come to inform her of expected service interruptions from local utility improvements. He comes across almost confused; his message reverts into gibberish. Mena notices he cannot keep his eyes off her feet. When she presses him on this odd behavior, he becomes even more tongue tied.
