In the course of his duties, Foot Patrol Inspector Archer Legend encounters the lovely, young Alex Blake. He introduces himself and explains that he must inspect her feet. She finds the process somewhat weird and being ticklish makes it much tougher to endure. The inspector determines that Alex is in dire need of a fresh pedicure but calms the situation by offering to her to the salon.
