Frankie pulls penny in the bedroom & pushes her on the bed. She then grabs penny’s hands and handcuffs them... penny starts shouting. Frankie then puts foot shackles on her so she can’t get away! Frankie thinks penny is making way too much noise so she grabs a pair of tights and gags her with them so she shuts up! Frankie then leaves the room. Penny is wriggling around tossing and turning trying to free herself from the cuffs & try & get up.
