Restrained with hand cuffs and ankle cuffs, Penny is laying vulnerable not able to move On the bed whilst Frankie begins to tickle her starting with her feet then working her way up her body. Penny hates being tickled so is uncontrollably laughing as she cannot get out of these cuffs.
