Frankie has had open knee surgery on her left knee & has been sofa/bed bound for 2 weeks. Shes not allowed to weight bare at all on her left leg so has to use crutches to get about. She’s downstairs on the sofa when Penny Lee tells her she needs to start exercising and makes her crutch her way up and down the stairs. Frankie gets all the way to the top having to keep her balance and realises she’s only done 3mins!! She makes her way downstairs on her crutches.
