Penny lee has been very jealous of Frankie's new long blue hair, she has been getting way too much attention from the men. So she persuades Frankie that she would be able to give her a nice little trim to make her hair look fresher. However, Penny knows nothing about cutting hair and just starts snipping away at it making it shorter and shorter. Both sides are not even the same length. Frankie is so upset and angry with Penny.
