Frankie and penny are sitting on the bed when Penny comes out with a crazy idea about cutting her hair short like frankies! She grabs the scissors and goes to cut her hair. Frankie stops her and tries to talk her out of it explaining that she had amazing long blonde hair before and wishes she still had it and didn’t cut it all off, but Penny still isn’t convinced and wants to cut her hair. She tells Frankie she’s jealous of her short hair and likes the feel of the short hair and thinks it’ll be a lot easier to maintain.
