Poor Frankie has been handcuffed to the table and has had her feet cuffed together too. Penny has her supper long nails ready to get Frankie rolling around in laughter as she tickles her. She starts off with her feet as they are the ticklish. She works her way up the body and onto her armpits too. Frankie is uncontrollably laughing. Unable to get free, Penny carries on. Moving the camera nice and close so you get a good close up of her size 8 feet being tickled.
