Penny is off to go to the beach, just before she leaves she comes in to say goodbye to Frankie, Frankie is horrified with the way she looks, she thinks her outfit is ugly and wants to destroy it. Penny is shocked when Frankie takes the scissors to her outfit. Penny’s mortified whilst Frankie continues to cut and rip up her clothes whilst they’re on her.
