Penny lee has a new pack of balloons to share with you, they are not just a normal pack of balloons they are balloons! All different shapes,sizes and colours to enjoy. Watch Penny Lee start to blow up each one of them, slowly, enjoying fillings the balloons up with her air. Making the ballons expand into their shape and she breathes out deeply into them. Some of the balloons are harder than others to blow up. Penny struggles on a couple of them to get them to blow up but she manages to get there in the end until she has lots of balloons that air filled up with air for her to have fun with!
