Penny Lee is in the bathtub about to wash her long, blonde hair. She dunks her head under the water to get her hair completely wet. Then she covers her head in shampoo. So much of it thather head just gets covered in lots and lots off bubbles it even starts to run down her kneck onto her chest. She is loving it reallt rubbing it into her hair and scalp. after playing with her hair for while she dunks herself back under the water again to clean it all off.
