Tammy is painting the bedroom but it's hot and thirsty work because it's so warm she strips out of her t-shirt and shorts and then because she's Silly so much water she needs to go for pee and in usual Tammy style there's no going to the bathroom, why not just pee from the ladder onto the rug.
