We welcome back Cadence Lux to Philly! It also happens to be her birthday today! I figured we should celebrate. Celebrate by tickling her, that is! She is not the biggest fan of tickling but is very ticklish nonetheless! I don't waste any time and I start things off by tickling her feet still in socks.
