I went to visit my parents again and that means I have to sneak around per usual. They don't know I smoke and I really don't feel like getting a lecture from my step-father about my personal vices. So I wait til they go to bed and sneak out. I decide to do mostly nose exhales, which feels good actually. At one point I hear footsteps coming down the stairs toward the walkout patio and I quickly get done smoking and sneak off to bed.
