My step-brother got into an accident. He's okay but he will be paralyzed for a few months and is on a CPAP breathing machine. While I'm visiting him, I accidentally let out a fart. He starts writhing around and coughing, and I realize my fart got sucked directly into his nose! I can't help but find this really funny, and even though it's mean..
