Dr. Angelina goes into the hospital staff lounge for her break. She is working another 12 hour shift, and her feet are already aching. Dr. Angelina props her feet up to give them some relief. That helps, but its still not enough. She is so tired to reach out and take her sneakers off by hand, so she slips them off with her feet.
