Ariel goes over a report before she submits it. As she reviews it, she reaches down to rub the back of her left heel because it hurts. She has a band-aid on it, but it still hurts when her shoe rubs against it. Ariel pops her heel out and in to give her heel some relief. She then takes her shoe off to see if there is something inside that is rubbing against her heel to make it hurt. She puts it back on and does more heel popping.
