Ava went the to the podiatrist for a foot exam, but also to get a good foot massage. The podiatrist tells her a lot of pain comes from near the top of the body too. He then gives her a much needed neck rub. Ava hadn't had one in years, so this feels awesome! She literally has bouts of falling in and out of rest during it!
