Barbie comes home from an expensive trip to the mall to shop for you and her. She did a lot of walking, and as a result, has an aching heel. Her blue suede pumps hurt her feet, so she takes them off to rub her feet. Barbie shows off her ultra-high arches and rounded heel. She tells you to get the blister block for her, so she can apply some to her heel. Barbie does that, and puts a band-aid on her heel to keep it from further agitation.
