Denise talks about how she used to like her flats, but now they are falling apart so she doesn't wear them. She takes off her flats to show the camera how nasty and worn out they are on the insides. And they are ripe with her foot odor from wearing them to work so often. When she props her feet up, you can see the dirt and grime from inside her flats on her toes and on the balls of her feet. She does lots of toe wiggling and toe posing.
