Destiny comes home from a hours of shopping at the mall. She sits in her chair and immediately pays attention to her sore feet, especially an aching heel. It helped somewhat that she wore flip flops because they don't rub against her heel. But it didn't help her feet because flip flops make her toes and feet sore. Flip flops provide no support, so Destiny's feet have to work harder than if they were in closed shoes. Destiny slips her toes in and out of her flip flops to stretch them.
