Dr. Jewel comes home from a hard day's work at the doctor's office. She crashes on the sofa, and immediately takes her sneakers off. Dr. Jewel picks up her sneakers, sniffs it, and winces at the odor inside. She begins to massage her foot through her sock, and as she does, you can see her dirty soles. Dr. Jewel complains about her aching feet, and then takes her other sneaker and sock off. As badly as her feet stink, she is to massage them.
