I nibble on her heel too. After I get Jill laughing, and have her wiggle her tiny toes on my neck, I put her shoe back on, and take off her other shoe. I repeat everything with that one, and get her to do the cobra pose for me with her foot against my neck. Jill is awake now and laughing.
