Doctor Lily is on break during her hospital shift, so she goes to the staff lounge to get off her feet. Doctor Lily complains about every part of her feet aching, and really wants to take off her sneakers. But she doesn't do it because they are old and stinky. After she thinks noone else is coming to the lounge, she takes her sneakers off. She had them since her college days, and their insoles are dirty.
