Doctor Meta has one last patient to see before her shift ends. She complains about her feet hurting as she talks with him. He notices this, and offers to give her a foot massage. She accepts, and it leads to him sniffing and kissing her feet through her stockings. Doctor Meta can't believe her patient can handle her foot odor after she's been on her feet for hours.
