Judge Ruby has to deal with financier, Mernie Badoff. He wants the court to be lenient on him, so he asks if he can serve the community that he ripped off. Judge Ruby thinks that is a good start, so she has him serve her. She tells him she needs a foot rub. Badoff takes Judge Ruby's black pumps off and is hit with the odor of them being on her feet for hours. After that, he has to deal with the smell of Judge Ruby's stinky stockinged feet.
