Doctor Trinity is on break at the clinic. Her feet ache from her standing for hours on end. She decides to do as patients do, and reads a magazine. While reading, she slips her feet out of her very worn, stinky flats, to relax them. She constantly wiggles her toes through her stockings until both her feet feel better. One of Doctor Trinity's colleagues drops by the clinic to do some paperwork. He hears her complain about her feet, and compares her complaining to Doctor Shay's complaining.
