Doctor Wendy can barely talk without complaining about how her feet ache, and how her shoes reek so badly, he could use them to clear his nasal passages. Her patient decides to try it, and has Doctor Wendy him to sniff her stinky little flats. That immediately opens his passages! He goes on to sniff Doctor Wendy's shoe and her foot at her suggestion.
