In the first half of the clip you should be horizontal, maybe laying on a sofa with your head tilted back possibly over the sofa arm or other prop that lets you expose your throat and Adam's apple. You can have a partner kissing and licking your throat and Adam's apple or be by yourself, just using your fingers (mostly index finger) caressing your neck and Adam's apple.
