This new diet has really changed how my guts react to eating. I'm no longer plagued by long bouts of cramping before, just a sudden urge that is overwhelming and then BAM! It's go time. I push till my face turns red and wrinkling up my face into funny shapes before it pours out of me like soup or it's explosive. I wonder what it will be this time.
