I'm finally ready to let loose all the that has been piling up for almost 5 days. I hate being constipated, but for whatever reason this morning it's ready to go. I push and cramp up and turn red in the face as it let's go in the porcelain throne that I sit on. It's loud and rumbly and smells awful, but I'm so glad that the foul is outside of me instead of inside. I hope that it all comes out in one sitting, but we will see!
