I made the mistake of having a huge bowl of icecream after dinner and I am paying dearly for it now. Come with me to my Porcelain Throne room to share in this painful endeavor. After taking a nice, easy pee I start to grunt and push, trying to get all the back up out of me. My face turns bright red and the faces I make are honestly pretty funny as I try so damn hard to push this out of me and it just won't work. Finally I get some farts out that relieves that cramping and spasming in my intestines.
