My stomach issues have changed since I changed my diet. Excluding out gluten and dairy for the most part has eliminated the long cramping periods, but something else has made it different now. I feel the cramps and rumbling in my intestines and then I have to run straight to the toilet and it comes out like a freight train! I have to push till my face turns red to feel like I've gotten it all out, and then boom, I'm done. Maybe it's all the fiber I'm eating with this new diet, but in any case, something is making me go like a crazy person some days while staying stopped up for a few days be... Show more
